PALMS

Palm Care

Roebelenii Palms are a perfect porch-sized palm. Also known as Pigmy Date Palm, these palms take full sun to partial shade. Transfer from its 10" planter pot to a larger size pot and keep well-watered. Overwinter indoors keeping your palm watered and above 60 degrees.

Majesty Palms grow fast and can get tall. Place in an area that receives plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. Water your palm regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Transfer from its 10" planter pot to a larger size pot and fertilize regularly. Overwinter indoors keeping your palm watered and above 60 degrees.

Chinese Fan Palms grow best in full sun to partial shade, meaning that they need at least six to eight hours of direct sunlight on most days. Water well, especially on hot days, but allow soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Unlike many other palm species, Chinese fan palms actually have some resistance to cold and frost. They can survive temperatures as low as 15 to 20 degrees. Protect your palm indoors when temps drop under 20 degrees.
